Our health is our greatest good. A bad health has
always a negative affect on all other areas in our life and many times
you can get into a vicious circle.
To give you an example:
An over portioning of "unfavourable" food over a few month can have
overweight as a first result. The overweight causes an increase of
sluggishness and tiredness which is responsible for a decrease of the
physical activities. Because of less movements and an unhealthy
nutrition, the immune system is weaker and illnesses and diseases will
appear more frequent which will reduce the daily activities more and
more. The regeneration process is delayed and an exhausted condition is
already reached by doing minimal work.
This process develops over years so that the body gets used to the
decreased performance, and decreased health. Even the first symptoms of
a serious metabolism diseases can be hidden by this process of
habituation.
This behavioural pattern promotes the following
diseases.
- Adiposities
- Insufficient work of the heart
- High blood pressure
- Arthritis
- Fat liver
- Diseases of the kidneys
- Gout
The age of the affected persons has a strong
dropping.tendencie.
Of course I have to point out that a healthy life style is not a
guarantee to stay healthy all your life but we are able to minimize the
risk.
Example:
In case of an overweight of 50% the risk of having gout is approximately
7 times higher than in case of a normal weight.
Even if you have already one of the mentioned
diseases, a well dosed change of your life style while you keep
consulting you physician, can relieve the symptoms of the disease which
has a positive affect on your quality of life.
